Rishikesh is an overnight highlights stop, not a full adventure day. If rafting or a full Rishikesh sightseeing day is essential, use Day 5 for Rishikesh, move the hill programme one day later and remove the spare Delhi day. Retain the flight home to keep all three destinations within ten days.
