Hotel & travel nights
The outline has three hotel nights (Agra, Manali and Delhi), one Kasol campsite night, one Grahan stay and two overnight road journeys. Confirm the Grahan accommodation type, campsite facilities and additional rail nights in writing.
Your proposal checklist
The Grahan day involves several hours of walking and a return walk the next day. The planner must confirm the actual trail distance, terrain, guide arrangements, luggage plan and facilities. Do not rely on vehicle access to replace the trek. Optional rafting and Solang activities cost extra unless expressly included.
Your group size, dates, transport class, room sharing and meal plan determine the quotation. Share your Kerala boarding city and return deadline; confirm student and faculty coordination, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms in the final proposal.
