When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact and trip details you enter so Travellux can discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. Please do not submit identity documents, payment details, or sensitive personal information in this form.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are sent to the Travellux team through an email delivery service. This website does not create a customer account or store enquiries in a customer database. Your message may remain in the business inbox and email delivery records.
Website operation and analytics
The hosting service processes technical information needed to operate and protect the website. Optional analytics and session-measurement tools load only after you choose to accept analytics. Enquiry fields are masked for session measurement, and form values are not included in analytics events.
Your cookie preference is stored in your browser. When available, campaign parameters are kept for the current browser session and included with your enquiry to help us understand how you found Travellux.
Other services
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy terms. Clicking a phone link opens your device’s calling application.
