Separate the nine to ten days into travel and visits

Ask specific questions about the camp

Confirm the camp category, sleeping arrangements, bathroom facilities, meals, luggage handling and transfers. Ask which cultural programme or desert activities are actually included for your dates. The final written quotation should resolve these details even where a sample itinerary already names an activity.

Keep optional safari or other activity costs separate and agree alternatives for people who do not wish to join. Avoid adding extra night travel simply to fit another experience into the route. Faculty should be able to review the balance of sightseeing, movement and rest at a glance.
